3 Positive Ways to Say Goodbye to 2019

Almost everyone I know had a very challenging 2019, from losing dear ones to job loss to health issues. Thank goodness for a new year and a fresh start. Rather than turn your back completely on 2019, launch yourself into 2020 on a positive note. Here are some ways to gently say farewell. List Out the Good Times For Christmas, I received the book The 52 Lists Project  by Moorsea Seal, which is a weekly, guided journal for getting to know yourself by way of making lists. Even though I had planned to start the journal in January (week 1), I couldn't help turning to the last page (week 52) and completing that list. I labeled it 2019 and listed out my most memorable moments of the year. Despite it being a rough year, I realized that not every moment in 2019 was bad. I love traveling. What’s more, I love celebrating and sharing life with friends and family. We just spent 12 days with 3 fabulous couples in one of our most favorite places on earth, Isla Mujeres, México. This place has it all...the people, the food, the beaches, and the mezcal.
